  • RX Hair Lab delivers to serviceable cities and regions across Pakistan through PostEx.
  • Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, public holidays, courier operations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • Tracking details will be provided after dispatch where available.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and active phone number.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method or financial institution.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
